I was staring at a few of the Witch Doctor skills, and oddly enough, a lot of his skills focus on rain.

Anyone else think this is a bit odd?

Why? Its considered the hall mark of a powerful shaman/spirittalker to call something from the heavens.

If you add in Cloud of Insects and Cloud of Bats, you can actually fill your entire Active Skill list with Rain and Cloud effects.
