Runestone Effects

Maurish over at the Diablo Wiki created a nice table for runestone effects, and started off on the Barbarian Skills.
I started off on the Monk, but there's still a lot of work to be done, for the monk and for the other classes.

skill level
various effects(obviously!)
the nice lime colour for the numbers..

The datamined Runestone effects are being used. Refer to them.

To clarify, I'm not the creator of these runestone effects tables. According to MrFrye, Leord was the expert on all kind of templates, tables and navboxes so I guess the credit should go to him. MrFrye also gave me his helping hand and guided me through various issues that came up.

Anyway, the most important thing is that you're maintaining a consistent style across the Wiki, so if you're going to edit some of the skills, please check already redesigned skill page to see how it should look like.
