So my cousin-in-law works with Activision-Blizzard. Strangely, this fact only occurred to me days ago, so I decided to get in touch with him seeing as how the F&F Beta has started.

Little did I know, Bobby Kotick (CEO of Activision/Blizzard) is actually a close personal contact and a client of his. He asked for my email address/bnet account and he's meeting with Bobby tomorrow and is actually going to request to add me to the F&F in person...LOL. I don't even know what to do while I wait for the answer. I think I might start brain hemorrhaging.

Who says Bobby Kotick is ruining the essence of Diablo?

Here we have, a prime specimen, of an individual who just sold his soul for beta access. I can't think of anything more Diablo-ish. Perhaps he should inject a hard, red, elongated object into his head to complete the picture?

Couldn't have said it better. If you want something bad enough, you'll do whatever it takes to get it. Bobby can be my night in shining armor, and I'd joyously leap on the back of his steed, wrap my arms around him tight, and beg that he whisk me off into never never land.

If I had something to offer him in return I would have asked him to just get me some keys to hand out had I known he works with the higher-ups. Almost nothing would make me happier than to hand out some keys to the most deserving people in the D3 community.

Of course, there's still always a chance that I won't even get in somehow. Trying to stay optimistic, but there's always that chance. Here's hoping it works out.
