Quest Selection

Did anyone else notice that the quest selection for a new character had multiple options? Does anyone know any details on how this works?

It's my understanding that when you create a new game you can start it at any place in your quest progression. Presumably this is to allow players to re-complete quests with other people who may not have finished all the quests that you've finished.

Excellent, that was a major annoyance in DII!

Yes, but with a new character?

Not likely, it's probably tied to character progress. Wouldn't make sense for you to be able to start a lvl 1 character on the final quest of Act 1.

Ah! so i guess you can use your previous progress on other characters. Interesting...
