How much of act 1 is the beta? Spoiler

Does anyone know how much of act 1 is in the beta? I watched a play through on one of the streams and though I think Leoric would make a good mid boss he's not exactly end of the act material. I'm hoping that the beta ends at the halfway point of act one otherwise it would seem too short.

How are we going to get to level 60 with only half an act to work with?

You don't get to level 60. I think they cap you at 10 in the beta. I think this beta is less about testing D3 and more about testing Bnet and other features that will be added as the beta goes on.

There's no hard level cap in the beta, but (if I remember correctly) after lvl13 you don't get any more XP for the monsters, because of the level difference.

Dont have any links but Ive read more than once the beta is less than half of Act 1.

How will they be able to beta test all the higher tier skills if level 13 is about as high as anyone can get to? For the beta they should make a simple grind area with monsters up to level 61.

Because the beta is basically a stress test for the servers, not a beta test of the full game. THey presumably have done (or are doing) that internally.

It's about 1/3 IIRC - and you'll generally reach level 30 by end of Normal, play to about 45-50 through Nightmare, up to 60 in Hell and finally breaching Inferno at level cap :)
