Well I cant play mmo, rts, or fps anymore do to tragic accidents ,bat I love the genre a can still play decent in. More the latest RPG a could not stand, thus its been much D2 for me abd I just cant wait to try out PoE, Chris and the team has done a great job in adding thing ive never seen in an ARPG.

The different orbs to not only to upgrade items but as the currency is a bold move the I hope it works out well in PoE. A barter economey is a risk but seem much better then gold based one for this gane

Skills through gem and augmentation with support gems is another itea that looks to be fun to play with, cant wait.

Its like they made a diablo 2.5, meaning keeping a diablo vibe the adding better systems where they see fit. Thus making it their own:smug:

Im not good at reading to writing, but giving Chris any notes I have from the test (if I get in) will be what ill look to do. Ive got a list started do to the streams ive watched,Ihear GGG love feedback as its an important job of the testing of a true beta to help out the dev team right:whistling:

What do the Daiblo fans thing about PoE?

IMO it's more like a diablo 1 spin off: It just has that feel, and the minimap reminds me more of Diablo 1 for some reason. It's grim, it's dark, it's vicious... I love the idea. I haven't been able to play so far and would love to receive a beta key, as would everyone else I believe, but I can't help the feeling that it will just have a much better atmosphere then Diablo 3, regardless of the gameplay itself.

I think the ARPG is a great genre. I love some of the concepts the guys at GGG have put into the games. Its hard to believe some of the big companies havent swooped them up to add to their own teams.

ARPGs are the only games that have ever truly held my interest over long periods of time. Can't get enough of em which is why a lot of people are buzzing as the genre is going to (hopefully) get a lot of good press with the likes of D3, PoE and Grim Dawn probably due over the next year.

i just wish there were more of them.....good ones are especially hard to find and come around every few years.

I'm sure you'll get your chance eventually :) I instaled Titan Quest to try and take my mind off PoE for awhile but it didnt really help ha.

I like ARPG's for the Gear grind and killing a mass amount of monsters <3

From the look of the current equip I see in pics and video's it seems to be "if I can pick it up, i can equip it!" sort of thinking. I hope it continues on that way! <3 Door Shield's

Ha yes Door Shields :P

I have seen in some videos that once u get a little higher level you start seeing the requirements abit more on items.

For example if your a Ranger you start needing more Strength to wear the heavier armor. Of course im guessing you could put a few skill points in strength based passive skills but could be a bit of a waste!

well i've seen some 'Challanges' on the official PoE forums about taking classes and building them unusually :)

perhaps when you get in the beta you should give it a go :D
