+%ele dmg with T-storm and 'geddon

if you have +% elemental dmg from mastery or facets or wherever when does it affect these two spells? when they're cast or when they strike any enemy?

Skill level is applied when the skills are cast, +% Skill Damage is applied whenever the missiles used (thunder bolt or meteors) are created and -% Enemy Resistance is applied when those missiles collide with a target.

ok thanks, so it's better to cast 'geddon with my cta/spirit rather than facet sword/shield, even though the lcs say otherwise

Actually, I think it's be the other way around. Some more + skill won't necessarily be better than -enemy resists. Depends on damage, how much + skill and -res I'm sure.

either i'm not understanding what you're saying or you're not understanding what i'm saying here.

i mean cast 'geddon with my cta/spirit with extra +3 to skills, then switch back to facet gear for the +%dmg/-resist once it has been cast and the meteors are being created.
