Weapon Speed Q

Hi, just quick question about weapon speed calculations. using the calculator at inDiablo.de a necromancer wielding a Phase Blade reaches 10frames at 70%IAS, but further IAS% are not listed, is it then safe to asume that I would need 140%IAS for a 5frame attack?

Nope, it means that the fastest a necro can attack is 10 fpa. The sorc is similarly limited but can reach 9 fpa with some two-handed axes.
