Greetings everyone; this week I thought I would use the more recently revealed concept art for the Witch Doctor's Horrify spell. The runes I was able to get them to match the tones of the over all artwork well. But I couldn't get the runes to be as wispy as I wanted so I used some paint brush effects and did it manually.
I also added some lighting effects to the nameplate to match the image. I use to do this with series two's nameplate and I plan to do so in the future.
