question about infinity

sorry if this has been asked before but does infinity runeword work for our lighting traps

The conviction aura works. The -light res doesn't.

would that conviction aura be enough to allow a lighting trapper to handle all areas ?

Pretty much. It also helps their DS and FB skills, so immunities rarely stay a problem even when conviction doesn't break a LI (not sure which if any can't be broken).
