The council has proven itself as the best source for 1.13 runes, and I need the base items for Infinity, Enigma and merc Fortitude.

@janooo: Yeah, I still need the armor. I was hoping to get a Superior Mage Plate with a higher %ED bonus and without "Increase Maximum Durability" as to avoid the ridiculous repair costs. But it seems these are fairly rare. So I'll go with the 275def Superior Mage Plate, and it would be awesome if you can socket it for me. Your email? Or please send to jyworm(at)hotmail(dot)com.
