NEED Bonus Attack Rating Helm

I have a pure charger that i use as my primary pvp charcter. I am in need of a helm that gives a bonus to attack rating based on charcter lvl! I know it can be expensive depending on what other things it has. If it has deadly strike that would be a huge bonus. I will pay good, so just let me know what it is you have and what your asking! thanx!
