Hey everyone.. Long time no see | Rakanishu

Hey, it's been ages and ages since I posted any art or wrote anything on these boards. Haven't been checking out the Diablo community lately, I'm sorry for that.
Have exchanged some words with HK3000 now and then though :)


I'd like to share my sketch of Rakanishu, what do you think? I'll finish it, planning on adding some more carvers.. oh and, I still have that Diablo fan-art project going on ^^

Haha quite well! it's been half broken for more than half a year now, it works but its capacity is greatly reduced. It's in permanent stealth mode due to the AC adapter being faulty.
I haven't really bothered getting a new adapter :dontknow:

Softshack, yeah it sucks. It works fine though, just a bit more slow than expected. It's not more difficult than bying a new adapter, which I'm planning on doing soon :)



Some more work on Rakanishu, fun that they cover him on the first page as well. Not quite sure which direction to go with these.. trying to capture a certain feeling I haven't nailed yet. Not sure if showing him from the front is good too, would be cool with a more 3/4th sideways view, having more carvers and such, could really turn into a great piece.
Might re-work this from scratch, however, gonna show what I got so far.

Thanks Chillietaco! Yeah I've been thinking of doing Tyrael for a long time. Maybe one day.


Just dropping by to say I won't be progressing this piece in a while, I'm moving to a new place on monday with school and all, lots of stuff happening right now! exciting and scary.
Hope to bring some Diablo art soon!

Hey there.

The picture in post #1 looks fantastic - especially Raka's body. Amazing.

I don't like the colored pictures that much - although the sketch is pretty good, it's not really diablo-ish; looks more like WoW to me.
