Rune dros listed on monster pages

I have been doing some redirects to the wiki recently and in this last week picked up my first 2 high runes. The first was an Ohm from a zombie in the Den of Evil and the second a Gul from Pindleskin. The wiki says that Pindle can drop up to Ist (Lower than Gul) and that zombies in Hell difficulty can drop up to Vex (also lower than Ohm). Where does the information come from?

All information you find in the wiki comes from the extensive information gathering of Diabloii.net and Diii.net, which now is of course Diablo: IncGamers.

Most of that information is likely from around 1.09 or 1.10 with some updated as far as to date.

Since blizzard said they were increasing rune drops, this might be one of the things in the latest patch, and subsequently, some of these drop lists needs to have their runes updated.

So, basically, information is likely almost right, but with flaws. I suggest posting about it in the D2 single player or D2 community forums to try and get them updated better.

Accurate lists is very important. :)
