Eth Ancient Armors without sockets, %ed does not matter since I will imbue it.

Barbarian helm with 3 sockets, level req. 18 or lower with any of the following skills: Concentrate, Shout, Ironskin, Axe mastery

15 life small charms, level req. 18 or lower.
15 life large charm, level req. 9 or lower.

I can offer runes or perfect gems for these items.
