Level service / help needed (For payment ofcourse)

Hi people, I hope theres nothing wrong in doing this but i think the rules said trading for leve service is fine? anyway, I would like for someone to rush one of my characters from normal act 1 to hell act 5, and help me level up. I didn't want to post this in the help section because it would've been quite unfair to expect anyone to come out of their way to help me this much. So I'm offering payment, ofcourse.

Preferably I would like a rush through hell on my lvl 1 character and then level up in hell chaos sanctuary. I hope this method still works by the way (It did a few years back). If not, then tristram, tomb and cow runs are fine as well.

So, I would be playing on my account, and hopefully you would be helping on a high level character. If the hell chaos sanctuary method still works, I would like to do that until I'm around level 60. I have quite some time for playing tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully someone could help me then.

And if i get some people who are interested, we can figure out a suitable sum. Maybe a pack of ists? That can be settled later on. And all hf quests can be yours as well. Sorry for the novel, I hope someone is interested
EDIT: and ofcourse a requirement is that you have a character that can easily work in hell (preferably a hammerdin, or sorc, anyone who's quick and effective)

Well it depends how far you would be ready to help me :) by the way does it still work to level up from lvl 1 upwards in hell chaos sanctuary as it still did a few years back? If you level me from 1-60 with all the rushes I think maybe 4 ists? give or take. And if its just leveling me from 1-25 in normal that would be maybe 1 ist
