There is nothing wrong with the profile and you are entitled to make the distinction but the likelihood of anyone remembering whether an item was equipped when something was found is very small.

So we are clear, if you trade with someone and it turns out they were equipping an ATMA bugged item when it was found there is no recourse through SPTF rules and I will not step in because they are not doing anything wrong as per the SPTF rules.
