Do you guys think Diablo 3 will preform well on this? Or even StarCraft 2?

I don't know about that video card there, it will work I guess just don't expect high FPS.

All I'm concerned about is Diablo 3 and StarCraft 2. =] I'm more of a console shooter.

But do you think I will beable to run D3/SC2 at the highest specs without any lag? if no, what would you recommend as a good graphics card?

I don't see it running very smooth at the highest settings with that graphics card, and because its an imac I don't think you can even change the graphics card in it.
