I say possible because I couldn't find a way to do it, but that doesn't mean there isn't a way to subscribe to threads. If there is a way, maybe it's obvious and I couldn't find it?, or if it's hard to find, but there is a way to subscribe to threads, then my suggestion would be to make it a bit easier to find/do.
Edit: I did find the way to subcribe to threads, and like I assumed, it was really obvious. My mistake guys.
