Would it be worth making?

depends on where you plan on magic finding. normal? :P

level it out and you'll just have to see how it does.

You'll need a strong merc, which Insight alone won't be enough, and yes, you'll need Insight to not get frustrated (talking as if you've never made a singer before that is).

I've made a few singers myself, all for different purposes and one for MFing. Sure, you can stack up MF and hork mega fast but damage is minimal as expected. No point in doing bosses, you are mainly aiming for areas. You could try WSK, warcry got me quite far there. It is viable, but the expense necessary, there are other chars who are viable for the same amount of funding and even less effort required! Nonetheless, singers are ALWAYS fun. ^^

you CAN try this: do a regular singer build but put 1 pt in a mastery and 1 pt berserk and get a big weapon like ebotd thunder maul. That will allow you to do switch to berserk for some of the heavier bosses. Use a blessed aim merc to help with the AR issue.

You won't be as effective as a normal mf soso or pala, but you'll be original and you'll have STYLE and feel GOOD :) :) :)

Don't bother trying, or do so and get frustrated.

Singers can clear the Pit and other areas like that pretty well, it's just as you load up on MF gear, your damage goes down pretty significantly. If you can make do with lower MF, such as Eni, Gheeds and some charms, then it'd work.

I used mine for keys. Faster than a typical H-din.
