"increase stash to 10*12". Sorry the problem is not size, its that we play more than one character and want to send items SAFE between them without addons/mods. We want to keep runes and gems and use them in the cube and send them to next char. Without a auction house the trade system is not good enough. We need safe transfer.
"Blizzard want players to choose carefully which items to keep". Well a system where you use a lot of mules and create a system where players try to mule safe, create a lot of games, banned players and so on is not the way. If they want us to only keep what is needed, well let us only have one character at each ladder :) That will prevent muling, banned players, bots. It will instead increase the trade system, and you will have to be more nice to those you play with. If I only can have one character at each ladder, then yes, a increased stash is what is needed, one tab for runes, one for gems, one tab for charms and so on. But when we can have more than one char, the shared stash is what makes transfer of items safe.
"Diablo 3 must be first with the news shared stash". Wrong, it is way better to implement shared stash in Diablo 2 patch 1.13 asap and get information and knowlege about how it works. Then learn from that and use a even better shared stash in Diablo from start! The longer time Diablo 2 has shared stash or safe transfer of items, the better Diablo 3 will be from day one.
Patch 1.13 is a perfect place to test this kind of stuff you might want to have in Diablo 3 to avoid same problem there. If it takes one year in Diablo 3 to understand that safe transfer of items is what the fans beg for, well then someone has to be fired :)
