i wounder if a foh pala can make MF
and what stats and skills and more to need

If you're going to mf, make a sorc or a hammerdin.

To answer your question, every single character can mf. But a FoH'erwould probably be a quiet bad idea.

FoH pala... perhaps for Pindleskin? As Rawness said there are better options, but you can give it a try, it won't be as profitable as a sorc/hammerdin but it could be decent (if you don't mind doing a few thousand Pindleskin runs, that is).

if he's also maxed out Holy Bolt: gogo Ancient Tunnels (iirc: they are almost ALL Undead in there).

but yuh, a FoH'din isn't able to take out multiple targets with each attack, so the going will be pretty slow.
