Weapon Block + Cloak of Shadows + Fade

Is it just me or does it seem like you wouldnt' be hit very often or for very hard with these skills even only with a few points in each?
Also does cloak of shadows work on all creatures including bosses like baal for the defense + / - i mean, didn't find mention of any specifics for this on arreat summit, just that the "dim vision" effect doesn't work on them.

Weapon block doesn't work while you're moving, and CoS is difficult to keep up at all times, but they all make pretty good tanking skills.

As to what CoS works on, here's what was said in another thread:

Unlike Curses, CS does apply to Possessed and immobile units like Gargoyle Traps and Tentacle Beasts (although only its -% ED applies: it won't blind them).
