so i've read somewhere that dragon tail dmg is calculated like this:
first al the bonuses from other skills and equipement are applied to weapon dmg then dragon tail multiplies this total by dragon tail bonus, according to its lvl. is this true?
Basically yes, the fire damage component of Dtail is simply calculated by using multiplying the physical damge you kick does by the percentage mentioned in the skill description ... the higher your physical damage the higher your fire damage ... which is why TS adds to much damage when combined with dtail.
The details of Dtail are found in the kicking basics sticky :cloud9:
About how powerful would a combined level 27 TS and 27 Dtail be?
Use this calculator: http://diablo3.ingame.de/tips/calcs/kickcalc.php

No. Weapon damage has nothing to do with kick damage.
Your boots are your weapon so it applies with the boot damage.
So, with up'd gores or Sdancers with them level 27 it says about 12000 dmg I think. Im not sure, I don't speak GERMAN...
Meh, it was a wasted skill point. Doesn't seem very powerful to me.
You didn't factor "starke" XD
PS: let's say at least 156 for upped gores.
it becomes 17K
208 for myrmidon (good god!)
19K :P
17k?
Meh, still weak.
Sad day when 17k is considered weak.
My assassin has 29 TS and 32 Dtail and does 18-28 k about 3 k before TS but when I had her geared(Shes partially stripped) it did about 12 k before TS.Shes wearing Myrmidon Gores dont ask damage was after TS with the 12 k cant remember.
