why is the number of private messages set to only 10?
This is incredibly irritating.

I bet you mods have unlimited numbers of PMs, thus you dont know the irritating struggle to keep it clean after 2-3 trades. Not to mention that people often have their PM box full : /

Is it caused by server load, or just noone ever complained about it?

That's the default setting for normal members.

You dan download and save your PM's as text or what not then delete to make room.

You can also donate and become a Pal.

This gives more PM space among other things.
