Ghost Assassin Help Please

I'm looking to make a ghost assassin from this guide:

I have a few items, but I'm not sure how well they go towards it, any help would be appreciated on telling me how well this equipment will help!

Mara's has all skills as well as res. You'd lose 5 dex, but that's minimal compared to the bonuses.

Even with the fcr amy, you'd have 58% fcr with a fcr ring, so the helm or amy will need more. I gotta say, the life and visionary makes it nice, but you'll need something with at least 2/20 in the helm. Most common is a sin circ with 2 socs.

The tiara is nice on the leech and sins, but it's not going to cut it without fcr :(

OMFG if only that warfist was a runic! I'd hate to say, but that claw is too slow to be a main claw. If you can get 49% IAS elsewhere, you can hit 9 frame traps, but a fool sis generally runic or something very fast for a main claw. That said, it's an amazing roll (and nice skills), but wrong base :(
