Shadowmaster questions

I came back to D2 after a long stent elsewhere and made a summon/fire druid and while fun and engaging I missed my old assassin. So I made a new one and I plan on going bladefury but I liked having a pet from my druid that I made, I looked at Shadow master and it said it had +800% attack maxed, is this an extra 800% to me or to the shadowmaster? Also is 1447 hp enough for it to last any length of time in hellmode?

That 800% is for the shadow.

A Shadow Master is there to distract and take hits. Don't rely on her for killing. Her uses of Mind Blast are sometimes welcome, and sometimes annoying.

Basically, if you kill very fast in Hell and don't have trouble anywhere, a Shadow Master would be a burden. However, if you struggle somewhere, she can be a welcome help.
