Bm Psn/Vive Nec

You know those necs that tele around with plenty of urdars and just spam nova and let you die? Well, I wanna build one. The real question is: is 125fcr required? Cuz I thought of using a 20/20 psn monarch...but coupled with dweb, I aint hitting 125...So, you guys think I should use a lower fcr bp, or just skip on the psn mon?

If you plan on making a bm poison necro, expect people to stack/belt antidote potions and poison length reduction gear like crazy. It's pretty stupid to make a bm character that can be completely nullified, but have fun killing naked people and noobs, for those it probably doesn't matter what your fcr is.
