MF Question

I'm currently using the gull dagger - 100% MF - on my mf sorc. Do I actually need to hit the enemy for the 100% to register or do I just have to have the dagger equipped when I'm sending spells? Thanks.

You just need it equipped. You don't have to actually use the weapon for anything other than having it equipped. Same goes with MF on all other equipment.

It just has to be the currently equipped weapon the moment the monster dies.

You can use a different weapon to cast meteors, then do your weapon switch to the gull and just watch the monster burn to death and gain the benefit of the gull.

You also get the benefit of all your MF gear at the moment whenever your merc makes a kill too (plus all the merc's MF)...so get Mephisto down to a sliver of life and switch to Gull, then let your merc do the final blow and watch the gold names fly :D
