OK so this is something I've yet to see anyone discuss so I thought id ask it.
We all know that Frozen Orb Benefits from Ice Bolt as a Synergy. We also all know that Cold Mastery affects all cold spells. But the other night it occurred to me that the damage the Orb its self and the Ice bolts do are completely different.
This got me thinking. Dose frozen orb fire actual Ice Bolts or a Unique type of Ice bolt of its own.
My thought is that while frozen orb's orb gains the Ice Bolt Synergy the actual Ice Bolts have they synergy(This being Ice Nova, Glacial Spike, Frozen Orb, ect).
Basically what I'm asking is... Do the Ice Bolts from Frozen Orb gain the synergy's that the spell Ice Bolt gains?
I hope this topic is not to confusing and hopefully some of you smart people out there who know the ins and outs of the game can get me a concrete answer :)
