My first druid

I've been playing since classic and when the expansion came out I never tried the druid. I quit for about 4 years and have returned and want to try a different character so I went with the druid. I'd really like to use a beast zerker as my main weapon but I dont know how to build around it for this class. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ive a suggestion , but it's to use something else beside Beast Zerker. It's simply sluggish and mediocre damage. If your going to wield it for a summon heavy build, I'd throw some props, but tell you a faith bow ala hunter style is the bees knees with it's range, ginormus ar and better fanat.

Click one of the sticky's for a guide and ideas on the newer patches. Great place to start for someone new at the class.

I'd highly suggest the Fire hunter or the Towndump bear/wolf for builds and I least recommend the windy.

seriously, for a fury build druid, the ribcracker (up it of course in the cube) is probably one of the best weapons you can get your hands on, and i am not lying at all. my friend has a druid that can do uber runs about as fast as any smiter. and he uses an upped shael'd ribcracker that doesnt even have max enhanced damage. the damage is awesome, ias is sick nasty, and it has like 50% crushing blow. there arent many 'unique' weapons that can top that.

I've decided with do a fire claw/rabies hybrid. I have been using a jewelers war sword of quickness until I find a better jewelers weapon (pb is what im shooting for) I've used the beast with my build and it works ok but its noticeably slower then with the 80ias i get with my jewelers war sword (it will be 100ias as soon as I find another sheal) I must say though I am really having a fun time with the druid. I should have made one years ago.
