Looking for TCP/IP host

Okay I'm new to this. I'm looking To play some untwinked MP on tcp ip. I don't know how to host the games so if someone could explain it or just host it that would be good. I'll be available for play most nights at around 9:30 PM EST. You can either respond to this thread or PM me if youre interested in joining me. I'm a pretty good player...been playing off and on the last 7 years. So if anyone is interested I am too.
