i can connect to west...east usa.... asian but every time i try eu it says someting aboute modem crap...

and when i final DO connect to battle.net diablo 2 crash and not respond
whats wrong how do i fix it ive want to play d2 ><

You should post this in the Bugs forum, and please screenshots or something of the error messages you seem to be getting.

thx tho its not really the error sue to get that normal just mean to pug out the net cable or wait 10-30 mins o.O buuuut the fact taht my game Crash every time i am able to connect o.O

Sorry buddy, I can't really understand that post that well. When your game crashes, what message are you getting? If you're getting Connection Interrupted when you're ingame, that unfortunately is common within D2, but I see no reason why you would only get it in Europe. If you are using Vista, run D2 as an administrator. Otherwise, can't offer much more help unless you go into a bit more detail. Which means error messages!

i mean when i try a connect to euro...server... Either i get a error messge

or the game just Crash...and have to open task manager...and diablo 2 is not responding...or sometimes my Computer total crash and only thing left i can do is to rebote my computer....idk why this happen o.O thats my problem that either i get a error msg or i has to rebote my compter from a crash cause by diablo

Yeah, try blizzard.

I only get that message if I have had realm down, as in I've been logging in and out of accounts too fast, or I'm not connected to the internet.

The error can occur if you've been temp IP banned. Try the battle.net forums or contacting blizzard support.

i know what to do about taht error message its no big deal....my problem is that When it Dose work and i dont get that error message... my game will crash and no longer respond so....either i get that error message or my game Crash total and have to manual Rebote my computer on my rebote button >< i can play all but euro single..usa west/east..asian

Like it's been said before, it would be best to contact blizzard support. There may be an underlying cause that is causing the freezing.
