I sent a "contact us" message middle of last week, but have no heard anything back. Payment was completed on the 22nd.

should be pretty instant Putz unless you paid by those echeque things which can take five days to clear. I play not part in the process - the forum softward speaks to paypal - so there's no human delay at work here.

I'll grab your email addy from your profile here and search for it on the PP account, see what's up.

You might have had a bronze/silver/gold/platinum palship term that is expiring.

that's the only thing that I can think of...otherwise it would be something for Elly to look into.

Okay Putz, I remember this one. I'd said before I was going to search paypal with the email address you use on the forum but that had come up blank. I got side tracked between finding that out and PMing you.

Anyway, I'll do a manual search as you mentioned 22 June.

You had a palship from 29-06-2009 to 29-07-2009 which is set manually and that's why you would have received the expiry notice but you actually subbed a year so I need to add another 11 months.
