only minor potions in NM?

is that a bug or does it normally happen sometimes

People normally enter NM at around level 45. Lowest I normally hear of is ~33 or so.

The simple fix is to level up some more, back in normal difficulty. I didn't mean any offense (though you will be quite outmatched by nightmare monsters); I was just hinting at folks having level 1 characters in nightmare or hell due to rushing.

22 is low for NM, I bet you're having alot of trouble killing fallens in Blood Moor.
