Is there a build that focuses on both DTalon and DTail?

If there is, is this kicksin (no trap, no phoenix strike or any of its 3 synergies) any good in pvp, pvm or uber trist??

DTalon's selling point is the rapid application of Crushing Blow, Venom, CtC's, and to a lesser extent, elemental damage.

DTail's selling point is massive AoE damage (when coupled with Tiger Strike).

They both work great on their own, but you really shouldn't try putting them together as they require different things from your gear.
