Greeting guys.
Arcane Warrior has been a hot topic in the recent Fan proposed class talk. as HK requested I finished this prototype.
Arcane warrior is a cross class of Paladins and Zons... I let them to wear metal armor but not the heavy one, a middle ground between Dins and Zons.
weapon enchanting and magical shield.
say what you think. Eggs and Tomatoes all welcome.

That artwork is amazing and btw it has been added to the Fan Class wiki page for the Arcane Warrior.
You Sir have just given Technomancer's Class some life. Thanks for the work!
HK

OMG! Wow... Just wow... That is just awesome!
I'm glad I didn't take a stab at some concept art, cause it would have been TERRIBLE!! :D The Ice Shield in that picture actually inspired me to make up a skill mimicking it! Conviently enough, I named it... Ice Shield! I totally revamped the class in my original post (http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=728784). That artwork actually matches the new version to a SPOOKY degree!

Not trying to be negative, it rocks, a LOT...but for a gothic fantasy insired character it looks very sci-fi to me...sorry, its unbelievably good and i could NEVER do better, but i just couldn't help myself
sorry
P.S.it rocks

It's not really sci-fi. Black leather with steel ornaments work fine. That is what I assume it is, or if it's just black and metallic steel.
Either way, the character isn't far off. I can see if you feel the whole setting is a bit sci-fi, with the square tiled floor and effects, but it's more flare than anything.
I think it looks awesome, and seems to work as a character.
Perhaps post it on Battle.net to ask for responses. Obviously best to link the DiabloWiki version then ;)
since LonelyAnon mentioned, I do agree to what he said to a degree. I couldn't figure out what it is though...dark leather and metallic touch has been used both in dins and assassins in D2 but never give Sci-fi taste. I think it is probably the square tiles after all?
the illustration is just my understanding of the class anyway, the real contents are the class descriptions. I will let Technomancer to decide if he wants to post it on battle.net.
I think the class is more of his baby than mine.
but thx for the support guys, it means a lot to me.

I haven't gone to the bnet boards in ages. I used to lurk around there some, but I just started lurking here instead! I might post something over someday, but if anyone else wanted to, they'd be more than welcome.
I guess I can see a little "sci-fi" in the artwork, but it didn't even occur to me till you guys mentioned it. The only specific thing I can think of is the red light on the helmet. It can obviously make sense as magic, but it might be more easily taken as technology. That's about the only thing I can think of. Overall, all I see is awesomeness. :D
