inviable MeatScraper

I found a Meat Sraper poleaxe! the thing is I can see it on my sreen and it works good but nobody can see it on their sceens!! Is it a bug or a hack??
Anyone know?:(

if you can equip it only by using charms it will not be seen to other players, it should be safe to pick it up if that is the case. If however you need for example the strength from an item that you can only equip because the item in itself gives a strength boost then you do indeed risk losing it.

You can try unequipping all items and check your stats if you are unsure.

Got rid of my strength charms,now every one can see my awesome weapon:yes:
