Is Diablo 3 actually already released for people to buy and play?

If so, where do you find it...and is it as good or better than 1 & 2?

No, it hasn't been released.

If D3 was already released this forum would be a madhouse of new posts. Heck, the majority of the internet traffic would probably be about D3 if it had already come out.
