No it's nothing like that. X-fire is small chat client like msn but for gamers, allowing you to chat on it from game, taking screenshots, making game videos... also you are connected to you profile and can search tousands of people playing varios games. Strange you didn't hear of it, it's most popular gaming client atm. It also shows what your friends are playing and where, and you may join them with single click. That's why I proposed it, didn't know you don't use it sry. :)

Anyway, I also use msn, you guys meet there or on some IP? I'd like to play some in MP again aswell, and hamachi server seems pretty dead atm.

Edit: Game down, thanks to nepeta, sshadow, Zylo and Pyrohemia for turning up, apart from a below average facet early on, drops were fairly bad.
