I'm planning a melee build for my next HC char, and for that purpose I'm looking to get myself a high elemental damage wand to counter PI's and IM. Since those dont just fall off trees, I've decided to craft hit power wands, and to do that i need PSapphires!

I'm just starting out but I could probably trade 3 perfect sapphires for 3 perfect topazs. Having a hard time getting topazs for my magic find gear. It's not much, but it's a start. Not sure how many you need for crafting.
