I don't have any of these thing available to trade but...
I see you're looking for Cinnabar Jewels...If this is all twinking gear, you'll likely be better off going pure Envy. After you get that Ravenclaw, keep in mind you only need to make it to level 15 and then all you're %ED and poison damage is pretty much useless. I only use envy gear(3 socket bow, 3 socket body armor, and 3 socket helm), and I make it to level 15 with no problem doing Rakanishu runs.

I'd been planning on using a maul... I understand that both mauls and hunters bows are used? The 4os bow I'm looking for is an alternate I figured I'd create once I found enough jewels of envy. But yeah, it's all twinking gear.

Afraid I can't help with the items, but I've tried both Envy and Khalim's Will to get to 15 and the 1.09 RC. I find Khalim's to be quicker - the attack speed is much faster. It seems to me to take forever to target and shoot so many Fallen with a bow of envy.

I now use the following:

1 - Khalim's Will + 2 socket Envy cap
2 - Artic Furs
3 - Full Hsarus
x - Artics Mittts and 2 x Nagelrings

15 - Iratha's + 1.09 RC, decent boots (Cthons, Vidalas, whatever you like)
16 - Twitchthroe

That takes you to Act 5 on /p1 without issue (lvl 25) and you can level off Eldritch to 30/32. I usually do Act 1 and the Sewers on /p8 then drop it down to /p1 and fly through to Act 5, then bump it up to level into mid-game gear.
