Shameless self-bump since I still have room for improvement. I'll clarify my situation a bit: I have five GCs, one LC and the rest are SCs.
-157gf% Gheed's
-37gf% and 25 mana GC
-27gf% and 55 mana GC
-38gf% and 25 light res GC
-40gf% GC
-21gf% and 7 all res LC
-10gf% SC x2
-8gf% and 11 fire res SC
-10gf% and 4 light res SC
-10gf% and 5 all res SC
-9gf% and 3 all res SC
-6gf% and 4 all res SC

Since I only need fire and lightning resistances, +all res charm with eg. 5 all res is worth of 10 "resistance points". A charm with 11 lightning resistance or fire resistance is worth of 11 "resistance points". Poison and cold resistances are irrelevant so small charm with 10 poison resistance and 10gf% is as good as plain 10gf% small charm.
As for the priorities, resistances/mana or gf%, I'd say gf% comes first, but as you can see, I have a GC with only 27gf% since the mana on it is very high. I can't tell accurately what I'd buy and what I'd decline so please, post readouts of your gf% charms with resistance and mana and I'll have a look at them and think about it.
