Hi im a noob in lld,
can you please tell me what are the usual builds for lvl 9 LLD?
What are the best choices for pure LLD with only self found (until lvl 9) crap?

A (relatively) cheap and powerful lvl 9 is the classic sacrifice paladin.
Just get some 9 max damage jewels(cheap too buy) and your basically set, all the other gear you can shop or mf easily enough.

More usual builds are kicker, TS Sin, Jabber, and Basher along with Sac Paladin.

All of those can be built with crap, but none will really shine.
