So Im not quite sure if this is a bug or if its just meant to be like that, but it pretty sure is annoying....
My kicksin is level 81 and I just tested a level 52 Dragon Talon (I replaced my usual gear with stuff like +3 gloves, +3 amu, Andy helm, +6 Dragon Talon claw instead of shield, and Arach), I also have 9 MA skillers, anni, torch, COH, CTA etc. Now at level 52 and dual ravens Talon gives a nice AR bonus
(24000+), so you would imagine it wouldnt be so hard to hit monsters.
However, I first noticed a problem in Durance level 3 with the first council boss pack. I could hit ANY council member or monster once with talon, and then I would have to reposition myself. So I thought it had to do with range (using Bartucs and +6 Talon runic talons), but it happened even when I was literally touching the council members. I could hit them once, then I could keep trying as long as I wanted to but nothing happened until I ran away and repositioned myself. Then after that I could only get one hit through. I had high enough AR and the character screen displayed an 88% chance to hit.
Then I did a solo Baal run and had no problems with my usual setup (lvl 37 Talon) but when I switched to a lvl52 setup (just for Baal) I could rarely hit Baal. Once again, I had to hit Baal once and reposition, and I was really close to Baal. Sometimes I didnt need to reposition but it took way too long to hit Baal (like 8 series of 9kicks!)
Now up till this point this has only happened with my level52 Talon gear, so I dont know if its a bug associated with such a high level of Talon (maybe the fact it gives 9 kicks? .... which kind of sucks also, because the kick animation keeps going on long after you kill an enemy AND it seems like the assassin cant kick multiple enemeis like zeal).
I dont know, has anyone encountered this before?
((Also, on a side note, I had trouble when I was surrounded by the fallen one pack - the first wave of Baal mobs. The fallen minions were literally in a circle around me and I was getting hit like crazy, nonstop. I had 61% block from high claw block, and had 84% FHR, and yet I couldnt get one hit through and I was getting hit nonstop. Im sure this must be because of the low defense assassins have? (I had around 3000) Man Cloak needs to have a better % defense bonus along the lines of holy shield!))
