...that the "Magic Damage Reduced" on the unique ring Dwarf Star means that the -x MDR applies to fire, cold, lightning, and magic damage types.

EDIT - and that the MDR on safety crafts also applies to fire, cold, lightning, and magic damage.

I have a HC, low HP Meteorb that is just (trying not to) die to know.

Straight magic damage reduction does indeed apply to fire, lightning, cold and magic damage.That's what I want to hear. I didn't know if the magic affix description applied to uniques and crafts.

MDR applies to magic, fire, cold, and lightning. However, the magic resistance found on crafted safety shields applies only to pure magic damage.
