I was not very aware of how to make a Paladin, and wasted many points in skills that are useless. I was working toward a Zeal pally but it did not turn out well, how can I make him better.
STATS:
Level-77
STR-163
DEX-136
VIT-130
ENG-130
ZEAL-20
HAMMER-20
SACRIFICE-5
11 points wasted in holy fire.
Pretty much my stats to becoming a better pally
ATK-MAX-1369 (With Zeal)
DEF-1868
EQUIPMENT
HELM-Ondals Almighty Spired helm
BODY-Trang Oul's (IDK why it was better than the old one)
SWORD-Djinn Slayer
SHEILD-Radamants Sphere
BOOTS-INFERNOSTRIDE
GLOVES-Hellmouth
BELT-Immortal King
RING 1-Shadow Coil
RING 2-Skull Grasp
Any suggestions would be appreciated for making my pally better.

With 130 points in energy and probably a couple dozen skill points wasted, I highly suggest just making a new character.
The core of all normal zealot builds is 4-20 Zeal, 5+ Holy Shield, and 1 in Vengeance (to kill immune monsters). From there, the usual choices are:
Physical/Fanatic: Max zeal, sacrifice, and fanaticism
Frost, pure: Max zeal, holy freeze, resist cold, and salvation
Frost, mixed: Max zeal, sacrifice, holy freeze, and resist cold
Shock, pure: Max zeal, holy shock, resist lightning, and salvation
Shock, mixed: Max zeal, sacrifice, holy shock, and resist lightning
The fanatic can do great damage with a strong weapon, and has very good attack rating and speed. The elemental ones don't rely as heavily on their weapons since the aura provides damage on its own. Holy Shock is stronger than Holy Freeze, but Holy Freeze is safer because it slows enemies. The pure elements give higher elemental damage than mixed, but have problems when faced with immune monsters.
As for stats, if you don't know what gear you'll be using, I'd suggest something like:
Strength: 100-120
Dexterity: equip a good shield, cast Holy Shield, and check your chance to block on your character screen (hover over defense). If it's below 75%, add more to dex.
Vitality: As much as you can
Energy: none. You get very little mana per point in energy. If you really need mana, equip gear with mana steal or large bonuses to mana.
Oh, and do note that rare items (bright yellow name) have randomly generated names and stats, so listing a rare item by its name only is pointless- nobody will have any idea what it does unless you tell them or show them. This is the case with the two rings you mentioned.

Where have you put your other 30ish skill points?

Well you could dump 20 points into the Concentration aura. This will increase your Zeal damage as well as your Hammer damage. You'd then be a Hammerdin/Zealot hybrid that should be able to work your way through Hell. It won't be easy, but should be possible with some patience.
