Question on my Singer...

So I built the perfect singer, lvl 55BO.

Gear as follows~
+3Warcries/+3BO Helm (<-isn't it pretty :) )
Enigma MP
Frostburns
3WC/+62 Life ammy
HOTO/CTA combo
Arachnid
Waterwalks +61
SOJ
BK 5LL
9xWC GCs
Torch
Anni

I can't kill much, but people love having me around.

So the question is about the helm. I Larzuk'd it and got lucky, it now has 2 open sockets. Any suggestion on how to fill those holes?

jah is good. shaels for good fhr. really you can put in whatever you want.

also you're not a singer by that gear, you're a bo barb. what's your main weapons? a singer would have good fcr and would have 3war cries/ 3 warcry hat on. bigger bo doesnt make you a perfect anything other than guy that spams battle orders. not trying to be a jerk or anything, just my thoughts from someone who's played a singer.

Sorry, mis-spoke, yes it is a BO barb. My main (and only) weapon is my War Cry skill. By perfect, I meant the max attainable level of Battle Orders.

And I do not spam BO, I spam War Cry, and stun the crap out of everything so that everyone else can kill them, while they enjoy the benefits of double+ their life and mana.

good, i've seen too many of the bo spammer types recently.

have you ever tried a full on singer? it's a very fun build. you're mostly there already. would just need to hit a good fcr bp and probably focus a bit of gear on mana (like an insight merc if you dont have one) since they're mana hogs.

as for the holes i'd go with jah to get you that what 10% more life :D

I would like to try a singer barb that can actually kill things....

I do already have an Insight Merc.

I was reading Memememe's guide a little while ago. If I ditch my GC's, equip a pair of Wizardspikes, swap my BK for an SOJ, swap Waterwalks for Silkweaves, and equip a different amulet (any suggestions?) I should be pretty close to his Singer build.

Any other suggestions? What would you put in the helm after those changes?

that's a toughie. i'd try to see how my fhr was. teleporting to baal with a singer is one of the coolest things. no ones as fast and as safe for the people coming in that tp. fhr is something you can do to help keep you teleporting around (i honestly dont think it really matters that much, but i was going to suggest it). otherwise i'd go with more dr% with ber. i mean you should theoretically have no problems with damage, high life and a stunning effect for a main attack means you should have little trouble staying alive, but at the same time, when things arent stunned it's because they're bad mofos.

i'd say since you're at the 105% bp with the listed gear (100 from wizzys 20 from arach) that you could leave your ammy, it's fine. dont ditch all your gcs btw, they're good for warcry dmg too.

what my singer currently is using (lvl 94 BigDumbFace):
5bo hat (it's nice enough that i dont mind the loss of 1 point)
3wc/life ammy
enig (mage plate)
2x wizzys socketed with 15 res/7fhr jewels (heh i love these things!)
103 mana ring (gives me more mana overall than another soj would)
arach
soj
waterwalks (great b/c with my anni/torch and these i didnt need to put in any dex to carry wizzys)
frosties

sometimes i use ondals to bo with and other times i have cta/hoto to bo with, all depends on if i care about those few extra bo levels

merc is might merc with eth cv insight, coh (for life leech) and guillaume's face. i've tried many merc set ups and i like this one the most.
