I'm making a frenzy barb, I looked over the guide but it says 35 hard points into str and 15 into dex for the sword build. I'm going to be using phase blades, but 15 hard points of dex + 2 Perfect raven frosts won't come even close to the 136 dex required for a phase blade. I also won't be able to afford perfect raven frosts. So where else is the dex bonus coming from?

Right now my barb is lvl 30 with these stats:

65 str
35 dex
110 vit
10 energy

If I get an engima for the barb he'll be basically covered on the str bonus he needs. It's just the dex bonus.

So I'm wondering, should I put more points into dex? and maybe a little more into str as a just in case?

It probably assumes you will be using an Annihilus & Torch

Also could be recommending you use Cat's Eye [+25 dex] for r/w and IAS but I haven't read it so not sure.

Going to be using a Highlords most likely..

I'll probably be using a torch as well, but not an anni. So that is some more dex. But not enough.
