LA questions

Hey so questions that I never found an answer to that would really help. Does Weapon Speed effect LA's speed? Does weapon Range help with this skill or will any range do?

I would assume you can't "speed up" LA, as it isn't listed on the IAS calculator, but i could be way wrong. :D

OK so from what I've seen on the net is that people say that dragoon's/frogarians are not that great a build. With the intense damage output I can't see why it wouldn't be. Is that the case and y?
